Weekly Recap #20

It’s crazy to think I’ve been doing these weekly recap posts for 20 weeks in a row. It definitely doesn’t feel like that long to me. Yay, consistency!

Week of December 7

👨‍💻 Welp, this week started off fun 😑

🎮 The latest Battlefield 6 update — Winter Offensive — dropped on December 9th. The new Ice Lock mode is pretty fun, but it would be better if it were available on more maps since it gets boring pretty quickly on just one.

🫩 I’ve been back from Portland for about 3 weeks and have been absolutely exhausted since I got back. I don’t know what’s going on — I’m SO TIRED all the time — it’s like my body never re-adjusted to being back on Eastern Time. I should probably make an appointment to see my doctor, but I’m still pissed off about the rib situation and am still paying those visits off, so I’ll probably hold out as long as possible.

🍿 I binge-watched Sean Combs: The Reckoning on Netflix over the course of 2 nights. That shit is bananapants.

🎄 I tweaked the Christmas lights on the site a little — they are no longer fixed at the top of the page and instead scroll away on longer pages. A small change, but it makes longer posts and pages easier to read.

💔 I can’t believe it’s been 16 years. You’ve been gone nearly as long as the twins have been alive, and it breaks my heart that they never got to know you 😥
