Week of March 8
🚶♂ I started using the standing desk and walking pad this week. I’m currently doing 5 mins of walking per hour. Wish me luck. Update: I started this on Monday and then got sick and haven’t been able to do it again since 😩
🤒 I’ve been sick all week, and it’s been pretty awful. I had a high fever (103°F) from Monday night into Tuesday that finally broke overnight into Wednesday. As of the time of this post, I’m still super congested, can’t stop coughing, and generally feel like absolute shit. I’m really sick of being sick.
🩻 I had my upper GI test on Thursday afternoon. The results came back normal, so once again they have no idea what is actually wrong with me. I’m about at the end of my rope with all of this shit.
💻 Because apparently my coping mechanism for inconclusive medical tests is buying computers, after the upper GI test I went to the Apple Store and traded in a bunch of my older gear. My initial plan was to get the 16" M5 Pro MacBook Pro – I really love the giant screen – but after playing with it for a bit I decided it’s just… too big. Sooooo I ended up with the 14" M5 Pro model instead.
