The folks at Good Enough have added Micropub API support to Pika!
This was one of the things on my Pika wishlist for 2026 and I’m super happy to see it implemented. They’ve even added instructions on how to use it via iAWriter and a Drafts action (which I used to publish this post).
Now that I’m back on Pika, my previous guestbook entries are gone 😔 Oh well, you’ll just have to sign it again.

We used to build websites for fun. Let’s bring that shit back. Go sign it! Make the internet weird again.
Obviously this doesn’t apply since I’ve moved everything back to Pika, but I’m leaving the post up anyway.
A couple of days ago I started to get the itch to change up the design of the site. I started messing around with new color combinations, but eventually decided that I wanted something kind of dark and grungy – maybe to match my mood lately 🤷♂
Who knows, I might get sick of this in a week and go back to the purple. I guess we’ll see what happens, eh?
Anyway, as I was working on things, I remembered that one of my very old site designs would be perfect, so I dug up the old WordPress theme, copied a couple of images over, and updated the colors to have better contrast – and poof – here we are.
This is no longer accurate since I’ve moved back to Pika.
If you’re seeing this, you’re seeing the site back on Digital Ocean. I really love Pika, but I wanted to use the new site generator that I wrote over the last week, so that meant moving back to Digital Ocean. All of the previous posts should be here, but let me know if you run into any problems.
